Scared Dictators — Ad Campaign for International Society for Human Rights

From blognator.com:

It is hard to believe, but dictators are also afraid of something in this world, and that is…white mice? Well, not the animal, but the computer mice. This is all obviously a symbol on the social network and the strong influence and power it has nowadays.

It is logical that this bothers the world’s leaders, and that is what directors Oppmann Simon, Peter Römmelt and Daniela Friedel wanted to express in their “Scared Dictators Campaign”. This campaign is an award winning ad that was actually ISHR’s (International Society for Human Rights) idea.

Let’s face it; the Internet is like a weapon for Human Rights, something that doesn’t make dictators so happy. Others involved in the advertisement making were copywriter Ercan Taner, and photographers Robert Eikelpoth and Michael Breyer.
